Why Doesn't the Shoe Fit? š

I come from an athletic background, particularly basketball. In junior high school, my head coach ordered team shoes for our basketball team. Each player had to sit down with the sales representative to get custom measurements for our tennis shoes as we as our post-game slippers. After our shoes were delivered, one of my teammates and I decided to trade our custom post-game slippers with each other. Once she and I exchanged slippers, I noticed her slippers didn't fit as well on my feet as my slippers did for her feet. The slippers were custom made according to her own personal and natural measurements and that's why her slippers couldn't fit me. Why can't this same process be used with students who are trying to find their way in life as well as in school? This is what makes my brand and mentality different from others who are in education. Everything is custom made and measured according to what the student naturally needs.
