A chaotic work environment begins with top management. Often times top management is unaware of the chaotic events that are taking place within the office. This type of absentee management, can cause tension as well as a high turnover rate for any company or organization which can then result in financial loss or ruin. According to bustle.com, the following are a few signs to be aware of in a toxic, chaotic work environment: 

1. Your Boss Has Poor Leadership Skills

2. Your Colleagues Are Unprofessional 

3.Your Work-Life Balance Is Out Of Whack 

4. Your Boss Or Employees Communicate Poorly 

5. You Started To Become More Aware Of The Red Flags 

If you are beginning to notice all or several of the above listed signs, consider finding another career. After all, eight hours a day, five days a week is a long time to be miserable.
